You can be a good leader by helping others and supporting other on important things.Being a good leader means you have to be respectful and honest. You have to be a good leader because that is how a child learns to act when they get older.
From what I know being a good leader is not that hard, especially if we communicate a lot with others. At Toronto leadership training camp, I've learned that we must be responsible for our acts, know what new ideas to implement and trying to reach the company's goals plus many other important skills.
